  3. To receive notes of the  meeting held 3rd December 2024 and approve Chairman’s signature of those official minutes.
  4. To receive any updates from those minutes
  5. To receive any update from ELDC/LCC representatives
  6. To consider provision of “no littering” type signage – style, size, price LCC implications and permissions to display etc.
