Elkington village sits astride the main road from Louth to Ludford and then to Market Rasen.
Predominantly a rural parish, within the confines of the main village there is a shop, church and Church Institute hall.
Look out for the new defibrillator on the Church Institute wall. This has been provided by the Parish Council for residents and visitors as well as users of the Hall.
At the Anunual Council Meeting held 13th May 2025, Cllr Williams was returned as Chairman. The statutory policies were agreed and the financial information and AGAR audit forms signed.
The next Council meeting is scheduled for 2nd September 2025.
