Minutes of the Annual Public Meeting
Held 5th May 2026
Present: Cllr Williams (in the chair); Cllrs Day, Lacey, Dobson, Gorwood & Jobe.
Cllr Hastings (LCC – representing Cllr McGonigle) and as a resident.
Mrs J. Cooper (Parish Clerk)
1. WELCOME
The Chairman welcomed all to the Annual Parish Meeting. Unfortunately there were no other members of the public.
2. MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD 13TH MAY 2025
It was resolved that the Chairman signed those minutes as a correct record.
3. UPDATES
There were no updates from the Chairman, the Council has continued to work to represent the parish and is currently looking at possible additional speed devices.

There were none.
